Once the banner code of user is submitted, then it will be referred by the admin and admin make confirm to display in the site. Admin will have full control on displaying the users ads. Admin banners also been displayed along with users ads with high priority. It attracts the users to earn from your site, which will help to increase the revenue or traffic for site.
