Comment approval mod

Basically a user will have the ability to approve comments before they are seen on their profile. This works for comments only on the user profiles. If member click on the images of his friends added profile then all the comments will display in this profile page including your comment. If you dontt want to display you comment then using this mod you have to just click on the "No" option in your "My Account" page. In future it will never display your comment until you again click on the "Yes" option in your "My Account" page.
